To make Sea Moss Gel
Soak 2oz of Sea Moss for at least 2 hours to rehydrate
Rinse thoroughly
Add strained Sea Moss to blender
Bring 3 cups of water to a boil and remove from heat. After cooling for 10 minutes add the 3 cups of boiled spring water to the blender and then add 3 cups of room temperature spring water to the blender.
Blend on high until smooth
Add to a glass jar
Allow to cool, keep loosely covered and refrigerated.
